Endurance Quest Saimaa

Endurance Quest Saimaa is an adventure race in the Lake Saimaa area. Finland's largest lake, Saimaa, offers a beatiful terrain and challening location for the kayaking, swimrunning, and coastaleering stages.

Endurance Quest is known for its tough navigation challenges, and Endurance Quest Saimaa will be no different. Expect challenging navigational legs using super-detailed maps. Most of these legs will utilize standard IOF orienteering maps.The mountain bike (MTB) legs will take you on gravel and forest roads, with some single-track sections included.

Savonlinna, the race's host city, is a a central location in the lake Saimaa region. After the race, be sure to visit the impressive historical old castle, a must-see for any visitor.

Model Event

Model event is located Tanhuvaara Sport Institution. It's open between 25.8 Monday until 29.8 Friday. You can do a short practice course with local maps to learn the finish mapping style and test race kayaks & canoes. Free for all the participants

By car 3.5hours drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport
By Train from Helsinki
By race buss
Buss fee for both directions 210€ / team, booking during registration.
- From Helsinki Vantaa to Race HQ in Savonlinna and then in Tanhuvaara Thursday bus leaves at 15.00 at the airport
- From Savonlinna back to Helsinki-Vantaa Monday at 8.00 and will arrive to airport latest - 14.00
